Leading Courageous Leaps

Achieving growth in business requires orchestrating courageous leaps. Not jumps.  Jumps are dangerous.  Not steps.  Steps are incremental.  Leaps.  Leaps propel us forward. 

Yet for most, leaps are uncomfortable which is why growth companies require a leader who is comfortable with being uncomfortable.
